1. General
These Terms and

“Website”) and the services, products, and related features offered by Extreme
Technology Telecom Company (“Xtreme Store”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing
the Website, registering an account, placing an order, or using any of our
services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website.
We reserve the
right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take
effect when posted on the Website. It is your responsibility to review the
Terms and Conditions whenever you use the Website.
2. Account and Registered
User
To access
certain functions of the Website, including ordering and purchasing products,
you may be required to register and create an account secured by a password
(the “Account”). Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred to
any third party.
By registering
and using the Website, you confirm that all information you provide is true,
accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your information updated at
all times.
You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account details and
password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under
your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your Account, you
must contact us immediately.
As a Registered
User, you may order and purchase products through the Website. You agree to pay
the full amount shown during the checkout process, including any applicable
delivery charges, service charges, or other fees shown before order submission.
All orders
placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. The order
acknowledgement email confirms that we have received your order; it does not by
itself constitute final acceptance of the order.

retain your order details for later access through the Website. We recommend
that you keep a copy of the order acknowledgement, invoice, and these Terms and

Availability

descriptions, specifications, colours, and availability shown on the Website
are provided for general guidance. We aim to ensure that information is
accurate, but minor differences may occur due to product updates, screen
settings, supplier changes, or availability.
Products are
supplied subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after you place
an order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for
an unavailable product, we will provide a refund for the unavailable item or
the cancelled order, as applicable.
The price
payable for a product is the price displayed on the Website at the time we
receive your order, subject to correction of errors. All prices are shown in
Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any
additional fees will be shown before checkout, where applicable.
If we discover
a pricing error for a product you ordered, we will contact you to reconfirm the
order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, we
may treat the order as cancelled. If payment has already been made, a refund
will be issued for the cancelled order.
4. Payment
We may accept
payment by debit card, KNET, card on delivery, cash on delivery, or any other
payment method made available on the Website from time to time. Available
payment methods may vary depending on the product, order value, delivery area,
or other operational conditions.
If you choose
KNET or another online payment method, you may be redirected to the relevant
payment gateway to enter your card details and complete the transaction.
Payment authorization and verification are handled by the relevant payment
gateway and/or card issuing bank.
To help protect
against unauthorized use, payment gateways or card issuing banks may perform
identity, card, or transaction checks. By placing an order and choosing an
online payment method, you consent to such checks being performed by the
relevant payment service provider.
We handle
information provided to us in accordance with applicable law and our
operational requirements. However, we are not responsible for losses or damages
caused by unauthorized access, fraud, or security breaches involving
third-party payment gateways, issuing banks, or a customer’s own card, PIN,
password, device, or account details, except where liability cannot be excluded
under applicable law.
Risk of loss or
damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided
in the confirmed order, or upon the first attempted delivery where the customer
or authorized recipient is unavailable, provided that full payment has been received
or is collected upon delivery, as applicable.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
and Payment on Delivery
Where Cash on
Delivery or Payment on Delivery is available, payment must be made to our
authorized delivery or customer service representative before the products are
handed over.
Upon receipt of
full payment, the representative will hand over the products together with the
invoice and/or delivery note, where applicable.
We do not
accept cheques, gift vouchers, or discount coupons as payment on delivery
unless we expressly state otherwise. Any valid discount coupon must be applied
before checkout.
Products cannot
be retained by the customer on credit. Payment must be made at the time of
delivery.
The person
receiving the products should be the Registered User who placed the order or an
authorized recipient who can provide adequate proof of authorization when
requested.
If you are not
available at the delivery address or specified location, our representative may
wait for a grace period of up to 20 minutes. If contact cannot be established,
we may attempt delivery again later or on the following day, subject to
operational availability.
If our customer
service or delivery team is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of
placing the order, the order may be deemed cancelled.
Payment on
Delivery may not be available for all products, including selected pre-order
items or other products identified on the Website during checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times,
areas, charges, and availability are shown on the Website or communicated
during the order process where applicable. Delivery timeframes are estimates
and may be affected by product availability, customer location, payment
verification, public holidays, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond
our control.
You are
responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including
name, mobile number, address, and any relevant delivery instructions. We are
not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete
information provided by the customer.
7. Returns and Exchanges
The customer
may request replacement or refund of goods sold within fourteen (14) days from
the date of purchase, subject to submission of the original invoice and the
conditions below:

The goods, including all
accessories, packaging, cartons, manuals, and related items, must be new,
unused, unopened, unwrapped, in resaleable condition, and in the same condition
as at the time of purchase; or

An authorized repair center
confirms that the goods have a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction
that was not apparent at the time of purchase, or that the goods do not conform
to the applicable standard specifications in the State of Kuwait.
Refunds or
exchanges may be refused where products are used, damaged, incomplete, missing
accessories or packaging, altered, opened where opening affects resaleability
or hygiene, or otherwise not eligible under these Terms and Conditions or
applicable law.
Approved
refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method where
possible, unless another lawful method is agreed or required due to operational
limitations.
8. Warranty Coverage
Products sold
through the Website are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s and/or agency
warranty, where available. Warranty periods, coverage, service procedures, and
exclusions may vary by product, brand, and supplier.
Warranty
coverage does not normally apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents,
unauthorized repair, liquid damage, improper installation, physical damage,
normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.

counterfeit, we offer a return and refund in accordance with our verification

9. Pre-Orders and Special

to supplier or logistics factors. Payment on Delivery may not be available for

10. Customer
Responsibilities

operation, attempt unauthorized access, use another person’s Account without
permission, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
You are
responsible for ensuring that any product you order is suitable for your

decisions remain your responsibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest

operational requirements. We do not request your card PIN or password by phone,
SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You should not share sensitive payment credentials
with anyone.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and
Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
applicable in the State of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in the State of Kuwait,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
